Breakfast & Religious Roundtable at Governors Mansion

Last Thursday, NJ Governor Chris Christie invited clergymen representing various faiths from throughout the state of New Jersey for a "Breakfast and Religious Leaders Roundtable" discussion.

The staff at the Governor's mansion - Drumthwacket, ensured (with the guidance of Chabad House-Lubavitch of Central NJ Rabbis) that the breakfast was kosher to the highest of standards, including only cholov yisroel items and everything remaining wrapped and sealed.

The Governor requested that all the participants around the table introduce themselves and speak freely about whats on their mind. Among the topics discussed was choice in education, the Governor shared how important he belives in giving people choice in where to send their children to school.

Among the Religious Leaders were four Rabbis, including Rabbi Heshey Hirth from Yeshiva Ketana of Passaic, Rabbi Laibel Schapiro of Chabad of the Shore and Rabbi Mendy Carlebach of Chabad of North & South Brunswick.
