Chabad Rabbi and police chaplain addresses the security needs for the world-wide Siyum HaShas Celebration at Metlife Stadium. 

More than one hundred members of federal, state and local law enforcement agencies met to coordinate the security arrangements for the upcoming World Siyum HaShas to take place on January 1st at Metlife Stadium in East Rutherford, New Jersey. More than 92,000 participants are expected to attend this gala event which is being sponsored by Agudath Israel of America. Rabbi Yosef Carlebach, Executive Director of Chabad House at Rutgers University, and Senior Chaplain of New Jersey State Police, was asked to address the crowd regarding the particulars of this major public event. This event will be televised live to many Jewish communities including Israel, South America, Europe, the former Soviet Union and South Africa. More than one million people are expected to participate in this world-wide celebration.
